Description

Omika Health shifts healthcare from reactive to proactive by using DNA sequencing and AI to detect health risks early, even without symptoms. Through home DNA tests and personalized health reports, it empowers individuals to seek timely care, preventing conditions before they develop. This approach positions Omika Health to transform preventative healthcare and enter a €278 billion global market, aiming to prevent deaths from treatable conditions.

I was tasked with designing the new logo and visual identity for Omika Health. The goal was to create a brand identity that immediately conveys innovation, trust, and accessibility. The visual identity needed to reflect Omika Health’s core attributes: proactive, futuristic, health-focused, scientific, and exciting, while resonating with a health-conscious audience seeking advanced, personalised healthcare solutions.

Brief

Design a logo and visual identity inspired by DNA and multiomics, reflecting Omika Health’s commitment to proactive healthcare. The identity should convey innovation, trust, and a human-centered approach while resonating with a health-conscious, tech-savvy audience seeking cutting-edge health solutions.

Results

I designed the Omika Health logo by drawing inspiration from DNA structure and multiomics (genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics). The DNA-shaped element represents genetic sequencing, while the “O” symbolizes both the brand’s initial and its human-centered approach. The interconnected circles reflect Omika’s advanced health technology, creating a modern, scientific, and trustworthy identity that reinforces its mission in proactive healthcare.
